9.0We had a lovely stay here for my partner's birthday. Although the last minute birthday package couldn't be arranged (not the hotel's fault) the staff went over and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time, including offering an upgrade and a birthday welcome message dessert. We loved the exec king room and slept so well. Thank you to Tanya for being so professional and attentive.
− The bathroom shower bracket in 821 was broken so I needed to hold the shower head to shower.. I would love to see more plants inside the hotel lobby to add to the atmosphere. Personal preference.
