− Both times I stayed at Oasia Novena I had issues. The first time in May 2026 the room I was checked into was not cleaned, the bed was not done, towels were on the floor and there was a half filled wine glass on the table. The second room they gave me smelt of cigarette smoke so they upgraded me to a club room which was fine. The second time I stayed there in Oct I had a hard time booking breakfast because the staff that checked my family in (3 of us) only registered one of us even though they took all 3 passports and scanned them all. The staff were not very kind either, quite dismissive. Next time I'm in Singapore, I will have to try other hotels.
Overall the location was very good in terms of connectivity through MRT but rooms were too small
