Άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Έχει δίπλα τον σταθμό του μετρό και σούπερ μάρκετ, οπότε είναι πολύ εύκολη η μετάβαση σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος στην Βαρκελώνη. Έχει πολύ κοντά και στάθμευση (επί πληρωμή), οπότε αφήσαμε το αυτοκίνητο και κινηθήκαμε με το μετρό και λεωφορείο.

− Υποτίθεται ότι είχε πλυντήριο πιάτων, αλλά δε λειτουργούσε. Μας έδωσαν κάποια χρήματα πίσω ως αποζημίωση όταν το αντιληφθήκαμε, αλλά το γεγονός ότι έπρεπε να πλένουμε τα σκεύη μόνοι μας δεν είναι κάτι που μας άρεσε για τόσο ακριβό διαμέρισμα. Επίσης βλέπει σε κεντρική λεωφόρο της Βαρκελώνης, κάτι που σήμαινε ότι πρωί μεσημέρι και βράδυ είχε κίνηση και φασαρία (σειρήνες, συναγερμοί κλπ). Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε νεοκλασσικό κτήριο, αλλά αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο ανελκυστήρας είναι αρκετά παλιός (η καμπίνα έχει υποστεί ανακαίνιση). Μία μέρα είχε και βλάβη, οπότε ανεβήκαμε με τις σκάλες στο διαμέρισμα. Ευτυχώς, ήμασταν στον δεύτερο όροφο. Η τηλεόραση δεν ήταν smart TV, οπότε για να δούμε κάτι έπρεπε να συνδέσουμε υπολογιστή με καλώδιο HDMI.

Las camas son muy cómodas, buena ubicación, personal muy agradable y apartamento limpio con estilo.

− La habitación da a una calle con mucho tráfico y se escucha todo por la noche, por lo que cuesta reconciliar el sueño a pesar de tener una cama muy cómoda. Igual las ventanas no tienen un buen aislamiento acústico. Es complicado moverse por el apartamento con el sofá cama abierto. No se accede bien a la habitación desde el salón

Great location (but make sure the lift cage door is closed)

The location was perfect. Checking in was easy. Our apartment was just what we needed for 3 adults. The kitchen was a big help as we had lots of leftovers from all the great restaurants we ate at in the area. The staff was helpful and having on site storage was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

− 1. The limited hours the concierge/front desk was available. 2. The need for the cage door to be secured in order for the (tiny) lift to operate. We had to climb the stairs several times (to the 2nd & 4th floors) to locate & close the open cage door.

Rapport qualité prix très mauvais , surévalué ! Personnel accueil désagréable ! Je ne recommande pas . Allez un peu plus

Emplacement.

− Portes toilettes qui ne se fermait pas , évier boucher , odeur désagréable, très bruyant ! On entend les voisins très fort
