1.0− Staff
the wrong choice of places to stay. 0 stars.
1.0Not much
− arrived after 14hr flight to find they didn’t have the rooms we requested. Bed were hard and can feel springs. Solution was another blanket which didn’t do much. shower is a wet room, so if you shower and then go toilet your clothes get wet and it takes ages to dry. hallway smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free hotel. room service turned off aircon so every day we came back to hot room.
Tiny, expensive, noise-laden dungeon with no windows.
2.0Cleanliness was OK, and the daily housekeeping was done well. Staff was polite. When some youngsters made noise, screamed and played music at 2 am right in front of my sound-leaking room, I made a call to the front desk, and they were quick to react and ask the youth to go away. So, 24-hr front desk was nice.
− Horrible value for money. For the money one can pay a really nice hotel with, this felt like a tiny, expensive, noise-laden dungeon with no windows. The room was in a corner by the parking lot and the street, with no sound isolation: any noise from the street coming right through. Staff opening the doors of the storage room right next door in the morning -- you will definitely hear it. Not having any windows and fresh air, as well as the location of the room in a corner of the tiny hallway, made me quite claustrophobic at times. The bed would've been a bit narrow for two people, but it's definitely SHORT for any person over 178 cm / 5.8 ft. The rest of the space was tiny and once you open a big suitcase, you can no longer open the door fully. I don't think that two people would have fit with two suitcases. There is no storage space to put stuff away, and in the bathroom there is not even a shelf to put your toiletries on. On top of that, the toilet doesn't flush well, so one would need to blast the water from the shower into the toilet in order to flush it fully. I've stayed at other ibis budget hotels and they were a totally different league from this one. Pictures don't do it justice and you most likely WON'T have the only passable room that is used as the main image (main image shows a window, but when I looked closer after the fact, I realized that no other one does). I definitely wouldn't stay here again and would go out of my way to find a better stay even if it meant sacrificing somes time in transportation.

6.0check out
− the price is ridiculous at the Singapore GP weekend
den var ok
7.0beliggenhed
