Very helpful when you arrive late
10.0Nice clean place. I arrived quite late and the night shift helped me with everything I needed and nothing was a problem to him. He seemed to genuinely like helping people. I had been trapped on a grounded aircraft at Heathrow the day before for 8 hours and the only way to get home was to get a ticket from London to Madrid. There were therefore things I didn’t have like charging cables and Spanish adaptors and he helped me with all of these things meaning that could power my phone up and book my onward tickets. A small detail made a big difference , thanks :-)

− Rooms felt basic, not well designed eg not enough clothes hanging space, room seemed dimly lit, no where to hang towels
