10.0Traveling with 2 teenagers makes regular hotels not an option. This place had 4 futons/beds. It had more than enough space. It is 0.2 miles from the train station. The area had dining options very close by. It was a great stay.

8.0The property is good enough for a small family. Having no elevator in the building made it a bit challenging for us and the stairs are not wide enough.

4.0The condo was a lot smaller than I expected. It's not user friendly if you have senior citizens, kids, or someone over 200lbs. The stairs are narrow and my husband and son 6ft tall almost fell a couple of times. I was scared to fall using the restroom at night. Bathroom was upstairs. Don't feel that safe with a padlock to lock the front door. Beds were comfortable. The condo was too small for 7 people. My husband had anxiety attack because of the close quarters. Not a lot of space to move around with 7 suitcases. Better suited for younger people not families.

10.0Overall very satisfied with our stay. Yes this is a converted garage but it is spacious and has everything you need. It is on the outskirts but it was less than a 10 min walk from a station so you can be at any one of the major cities in no time. We had no issues and I would recommend.
