雖然房子看得出歷史感、空間也稍嫌擁擠，但基本的居住與烹飪功能都很齊全。如果只是單純過夜、預算有限且有自炊需求的旅客可以考慮；但如果追求寬敞與新穎設施，建議評估一下入住人數。
7.0廚房設備齊全： 民宿內提供完善的烹飪器具，對於想要自己去超市買食材回來做飯、體驗日本在地生活的旅客來說非常方便。
− 空間較為狹窄： 房內空間偏小，這次 4 人入住一晚感覺滿擁擠的。如果行李較多，活動空間會更受限，比較建議 2-3 人入住會更舒適。 房屋略有歲月感： 感覺是有一點年紀的老房子，裝潢與設施不是很新，但整體還算乾淨。 冷氣冷房較慢： 空調的冷房效果需要一點時間，開機後要等比較久才會開始變涼，夏天入住的話可能需要留意。

10.0It was a very comfortable stay, within a calm neighborhood nearby a well-connected train station (Kita Senju station). The amenities were all we could ask for during our stay, and the place was beautiful! Communication with staff was also super easy. 10/10 would stay again
− There was not a lot of space for luggage, but we also had a lot of luggages. Otherwise perfect for couples!

− 登録しないと、チェックインができない。 パスポートや運転免許証の登録が必要でした。 日本人には免除して欲しい。
普通に良かった
7.0手頃な価格で設備が良かった。
− トイレにはスリッパ欲しいな。 あと、IHは片方壊れてた。食器入れはちょいと臭った。
