Dirty and old need urgent renovation. The only good thing are the staff at reception very friendly
3.0I only like the staff
− My stay at Smartr was disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all. I’ve stayed in apartments before, and I understand that daily cleaning is not always included. However, basic supplies such as washing-up liquid and spare rubbish bags should at least be provided. There were none. As there was no washing machine in the room, I asked for fresh towels. They were provided, but even the replacement towels were very old and did not look clean. The curtains were so dirty that I didn’t even want to touch them, and there was a clearly visible damp patch on the ceiling. It was cold in Madrid during my stay, so I asked whether the central air conditioning could be switched to heating. I was told that the system was only used in summer, and the solution offered was an extra blanket. The handheld shower head also did not work, so I had to use the ceiling-mounted shower throughout my five-day stay. Overall, the property needs urgent renovation and much more attention to cleanliness, maintenance and basic guest comfort.

− Via molto molto frequentata a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte, la notte si fa molta fatica a dormire a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla strada: se cerchi una location romantica o tranquilla non è la via giusta. Le foto sopravvalutavano di gran lunga ciò che l'appartamento per 3 persone offriva
