− When I booked my trip, I picked specific room and paid for it. But when we checked in, receptionist told that we will stay in different room, because of overbooking.

10.0The location of the hotel is excellent. In a quiet alley, just a few steps from Galata tower. Five stars service. The staff is very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Ms. Sevgi who helped me organise a surprise birthday event for my sister.

The staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness and service were also good and met our expectations. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend this place to other travelers.
