Money stolen from the room; mediocre hotel overall
1.0The food was good, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful.
− Unfortunately, during my stay, $200 was stolen from a drawer in my room. When I reported this to the hotel, management completely dismissed the issue and simply hid behind their safe policy. Regardless of whether there is a safe, no guest should ever be robbed by staff in a room they paid for. The hotel itself was rather mediocre: our room was located on floor -2, which made it dark with no proper natural light, and the elevator was extremely slow with long waiting times.
