9.0Tout, l’emplacement, les équipements, la literie, la salle de bain, et tout était proche
− Rien, juste petite remarque, j’ai confié mes bagages le jour de mon départ afin d attendre mon avion, et en revenant les chercher, ils avaient donné mon sac à main à d’autre personne, ça aurait pu être assez grave mais il l’ont vite retrouvé

− We had to sleep on a broken bed all night because the hotel had no maintenance at night and it was fully booked. The management did not even bother to interfere or solve the issue
