4.0The only thing I liked about this property was the location. Super convenient, everything around Shibuya was walkable (shibuya crossing is around more or less 10min walk)
− First, when we arrived the elevator was not working, there was no information or heads up from the owner and we had 2 big luggages, the accommodation was on the 9th floor. Had he given us any update or heads-up we would have been able to wait for the elevator to be fixed. When we arrived there was no response. Response came after 2 hours which was very unprofessional for someone expecting a check-in arrival. It was such a hassle bringing up luggages to the 9th floor by stairs that was too narrow. Second, the accommodation was too small. I understand that shibuya area is very expensive and rooms are smaller but this place is livable for 1 person only. If you will use the pull out bed, you won’t have any space for your luggage anymore. Bed-size is only a twin sized bed not even a double. Third, the toilet is smelly! I tried to fix it with pouring some cleaner to help with the smell but it still lingered. Public toilet is even cleaner tbh. Roughly $150 a night isn’t worthy for this stay.

− The beds were not comfortable. It does not fit a family of 5 well, despite it saying it does. Perfect for a couple not a family
