Très bon emplacement, une chambre spacieuse et un prix très attractif pour Tokyo. Ayant eu un changement de vol en dernière minute, nous devions vite trouver un logement abordable à nakano en moins de 24h. Ce logement nous a donc bien été utile et l'hôte est très gentil par message. Je le remercie encore pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

− La moquette est vraiment très abîmée et rend le logement moins agréable

Parfait, très bien placé au calme mais très proche des grosses stations (Shinjuku à 5 minutes en métro), konbini à proximité, équipements pratiques (fer a repasser, ustensiles de cuisine, toilettes japonaises chauffantes)

− petit problème à l'arrivée, le code de la porte fourni ne fonctionnait pas. Le staff très réactif a envoyé quelqu'un en 20 minutes malgré la chaleur. Également, pas de possibilité de baisser les stores du plafond, la lumière passe donc beaucoup le matin.

Spacious, comfortable, and close to a station

Very spacious room, especially since most hotels in Japan are usually only big enough for a bed. Good space for 4 people, and the tiny kitchen was useful. The location was right next to a station, which was 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. There is a REALLY good bakery right around the corner from here that opens at 10am. Absolutely must go there if you stay here. The only cons are that we couldn't get the wifi to work, and the chairs on the dining table were super wobbly and we were worried about breaking them. Also the overhead lights made it feel like a doctors office, so we just used the lamps. I think they should install one more lamp in here to make it cozier.

The worst and mos dirty place I ever been

− If I could give 0 stars, I would — but unfortunately, the minimum is 1. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking or Airbnb. We arrived on time at 3 PM for check-in, and the apartment wasn’t ready. We had to leave, wait the housekeeper to clean, and come back later. Human mistake, we were in bad mood but we understood. We gave her the chance to fix things. But we came back and situation was even worst. There were hairs in the bathroom, on the chair, and on the bed, the floor was filthy, there was dust everywhere, and even the toilet was dirty. There was no care or respect in preparing the space. To find hairs of someone else is just unacceptable. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is very nice and in a good location, but the overall experience was disastrous. On top of that, we could clearly hear street conversations from inside, which made it hard to get proper rest. It was honestly very, very bad. Uncomfortable, frustrating, and disappointing. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Tokyo is beautiful and huge, I truly recommend you look for something else.
