8.0Good room very clean with good kitchen facilities. Had numerous issues with check in and WiFi at the room. We were in constant communication with the Staycae gifts. Please be aware there are no metros near by so taxis mainly!
Very bad experience
2.0We called at 2 o’clock in the morning after 7 hours flight and we greeted with extremely bad staff and very rude They refused to give us a room as they said that mr Mohamad didn’t receive an email confirmation of our booking and made us stay for 1 hour with no reasonable explanation So please stay away from this property at all

Nothing works especially the agent Ahmed
4.0The agent Ahmed was so miserable and unwilling to assist with anything. Appliances like refrigerator and wifi did not work and Ahmeds threats to theow my things in the trash because i was a few minutes late. Dont stay here unlees you want misery.

10.0This apartment was clean and pleasant. Very near supermarkets etc. The representative, Kapil, was very courteous and willing to help in any way he could. I think overall this was very good value for money.
