Very convenient, responsive staff and very comfy.

− Due to our extended period of stay, maybe the trash we accumulated couldn't fit the existing bins.

駅から近いし、コンビニが隣で飲食店も近くにたくさんあるので、立地はとてもいいと思います。 部屋数が多く広いです。 質問にも、すぐに対応していただけました。

− 全体的に古く、写真の印象とかなり違いました。 お掃除はされているのだと思いますが、シーツにシミがあったり、テーブルもガムテープが貼ってあったり、タオル類が生地が薄く、カビ臭いのが一番残念でした。 お布団も薄くて寒かったです。 もう少し、メンテナンスをされた方がいいと思います。

Cheap price for Tokyo but could improve cleanliness!

Good location in relation to the train station and near several restaurants. Host responded quickly and was very helpful.

− Looked like it had not been fully cleaned since the previous guests. Linens appeared to be changed but rest was not cleaned properly. Older bathroom and kitchen.

Very bad: the flat was dirty with broken furniture and the kitchen light was burnt out

Good size and location but Moldy and run down

The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place in a good location and you are on a budget, as long as you are ready for what you get. We cut our stay there after just one night and moved to a nicer place.

Great value for money. The apartment is right next to a Lawson, and not too far from Ikebukuro station.

− There was a bit of narrow stairs to the apartment, so travelling with big suitcases was inconvenient. The apartment is a fair walk away from East Ikebukuro.
