8.0Well equipped and complete apartment, in a great location, close enough to walk to a nice restaurant street as well as a subway station. Friendly owner although we didn’t meet.
− Wifi was fast but very unstable, so frustrating to use. Mostly used my own hotspot. Walls and ceiling are weak so you can hear neighbours move, but not talk.

It was Ok, but not good or great especially in December.
5.0Deutsch: - Lage: Top, Grund: 5-10 Min. Weg zu Shibuyacross - Ausstattung: Bereitstellung Waschmaschine und Waschmittel (aber kein Lenor), Vorhandensein von Regenschirmen, Besteck etc. , Kühlschrank, Staubsauger English: - Location: Excellent. Reason: 5–10 minutes’ walk to Shibuya Crossing. - Amenities: Washing machine and detergent provided (but no fabric softener), umbrellas available, cutlery, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner.
− Deutsch: - Lüftung: Ungenügend, Grund: Man muss öfters am Tag mit offener Tür lüften, um die Wohnung von dem dumpfen/erdrückenden Geruch zu befreien. - Ausstattung: Fehlende Schränke, um Kleidung einzuräumen. Man muss aus den Koffern leben. - Handtücher: Ungenügende Bereitstellung von Handtüchern (2 x klein, 2 x mittelgroß). Für 2 Personen zu wenig bei einem 16-tätigen Aufenthalt. - Bettwäsche: Diese hat bei Ankunft nicht frisch gerochen und keine Bereitstellung von Wechselbettwäsche. Mussten dementsprechend die Bettwäsche eigenständig waschen. - Putzmittel: Fehlender Mop, um den Boden ordentlich sauber zu machen. Nur Staubsaugerreinigung zu wenig. - Wände: Bei Regen werden die Wände im Keller feucht/Erdgeschoss feucht. - Weg zur Unterkunft: Steile Treppe (50 Stufen aufgeteilt in 4 Abschnitte) zur Ferienwohnug nicht für Jeden geeignet (Achtung: Ältere und gehbehinderte Menschen sowie Kinder). Bei Regen/Schnee besteht eine Rutschgefahr. - Mülltrennung: Etwas lästig, wird aber in Japan so praktiziert. - Heizungen: Nicht ausreichend für den Dezember. Heizen über die Klimanlage führt zu schlechter Innenraumluft. Das Bad ist kalt. Keller Heizung ebenfalls nicht ausreichend im Dezember. - Sondergebühr früherer Checkin: Wir hatten einen früheren Checkin von ein paar Stunden angefragt, der uns gegen eine Gebühr von 10.000 Yen in Cash ermöglicht wurde. An sich Ok, doch es wäre angesichts unseres längeren Aufenthalts mehr Kulanz wünschenswert gewesen, da die Ferienwohnung an dem Tag nicht gebucht gewesen ist. English: - Ventilation: Inadequate. The apartment needs to be aired out several times a day with the door open to get rid of a musty, oppressive smell. - Storage: Lack of wardrobes or closets to store clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases. - Towels: Insufficient supply of towels (2 small, 2 medium-sized). Not enough for two people during a 16-day stay. - Bed linen: Did not smell fresh upon arrival, and no spare bed linen was provided.
