10.0Hotel was nice to stay provided a traditional Japanese experience. However, the toilet room is too small and the air conditioner is not placed equally for all rooms. Overall, really good experience for a place to stay whilst exploring Japan and excellent customer service. Arigato gozaimasu!

6.0had a week long stay visiting family - this space had a flying bug problem, weird smells in the shower area, noisy children running and screaming upstairs until 4am with very very thin walls, stale cigarette smoke smell, thermostat didn’t work so the space was cold at night (read instructions carefully and nothing worked). only pros were the size of the space and the neighborhood.
