7.0Очень хороший отель. Особенно понравился бассейн — большой и комфортный. Номера просторные и чистые, в комнатах было приятно находиться.
− Карты от номера постоянно перестают работать, приходится их заново активировать. На верхних этажах Wi-Fi практически не ловит. Парилка работает плохо — температура очень низкая. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить сервис. Раньше мы уже останавливались в этом отеле, и отношение персонала было намного лучше. В этот раз сотрудники показались очень холодными и не особо заинтересованными в гостях. Не совсем понятно, почему уровень сервиса так изменился. Расположение тоже не самое удачное: вокруг отеля сейчас много строительных работ, поэтому территория и окружение не создают ощущения комфортного отдыха.
