10.0We recently stayed at an apartment hotel in Madrid with our family and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the range of amenities available. The spacious apartment provided ample room for our family, and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. Even with a late check-in, the process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to their efficient after-hours procedures. Located in a bustling area close to the train station, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. Despite the busy surroundings, the apartment provided a peaceful retreat, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, our stay at this apartment hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations in Madrid. 10.0The front desk personnel were very helpful. The property was clean, had a new modern kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. The bedroom was a decent size but tight space at the foot of the bed. Two twin beds were pushed together but the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. I think there are two separate buildings and we were in the back apartment building (5th floor) so there is no view of the street, just the back side of another building that was very close to us, so we didn't open the drapes. You can hear the elevator and people talking in the hallway, otherwise, it's fairly quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay there.
