Our stay was nice. We were close to everything so we could explore the city and check out places.

Breakfast was as expected for a continental breakfast. It was something good to start our day so we did not feel the need to leave the hotel first thing for breakfast.

− The destination fee. I did not know about the destination fee until the day before our stay when the hotel emailed me. I do not think it would have changed anything with my booking, but I would have liked to have known I was going to have to pay more in addition to what I had already paid for the hotel.

− A Disappointing Start to Our Honeymoon – Poor Customer Service After a 15-hour flight to Miami, we were looking forward to our first night of our honeymoon. We had booked a king-bed room months in advance, but when we arrived at 5 p.m., an hour after the official check-in time, we were given a room with two separate beds. When we raised the issue, the front desk manager simply told us that no king-bed rooms were available and that our only options were to accept the room or cancel without a fee. What disappointed us most was her robotic, dismissive attitude and complete lack of empathy or effort to find a solution. Finding another hotel at the last minute, especially with all our luggage and after such a long flight, was practically impossible. We had no choice but to spend our first honeymoon night sleeping in separate beds. To make matters worse, a false fire alarm disrupted our sleep that night. Mistakes happen, but the way a hotel handles them says everything about its hospitality. Unfortunately, the service here was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Personel niezwykły! O 2 w nocy ,przyjął mnie Amir (jeśli się nie mylę) ,wszystko wytłumaczył i był bardzo pomocny . Pani na recepcji w dniu wyjazdu też niesamowita i można było zostawić bagaż bez problemu na kilka godzin. Pani sprzątająca fantastyczna , poscieliła łóżko i poskładała rzeczy ,itp. A byłem dopiero pół doby byłem w szoku. Hotel czysty , przyjazny i wszędzie w miarę blisko . O wiele lepszy niż mój dzień przed pobyt w NY w millenium hotel na times square , wy byliście o połowę tańszy niż oni i standard obsługi, jakość, itp. Wszystko było o niebo lepsze . Dałem im 4 a wam 9 . Zasługujecie na podwyżki. Uwielbiam Was .

− Śniadania... słaby wybór, okropne pieczywo ,Śniadania na słodko a ewentualnie pan za ladą robi coś na zamówienie ale zazwyczaj jajecznica z dodatkami i mini porcją... to jedyny minus . Więc sniadan raczej nie polecam .

Beautiful pool and day beds to relax in the day before our cruise. Free included breakfast before we left for the port in the morning.

− Room was a bit small to have a kitchen taking up a whole wall.
