2.0When I go there resection told me I didn't have a any reservation with them, when I showed my booking with they said was canceled!!! They charge me different price because I got there at night from the airport!!! They asked me to pay cash in advance!!! I had to change room because they gave me a room next to construction for 3 nights I couldn't sleep... Showers & toilets was backed up and pipe leaking. Washer & stove didn't worked. No hot water in the kitchen, no dinning rooms set, no hanger, all power outlet wasn't working, very poor wifi and I do have pictures to proof.
