Zimmer nicht so gut / Personal sehr engagiert
6.0Zimmer werden als Nichtraucher deklariert. Es roch jedoch sehr nach Rauch. Bad nicht so schön. Alle Sanitärgeräte hatten Risse, kein Duschvorhang. Reinigung nur auf Anforderung. Das Personal reißt jedoch vieles raus. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

8.0The staff was friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, the desk people did not have the answers to most of our questions: Where is the nearest post office, train station, money exchange, how to get from here to there, etc. They should have a map of the area surrounding the hotel with key landmarks displayed, a bus map and a train map. The back of the building is very noisy and very dirty. There is an empty parking lot that locals use to play cricket, volleyball and congregate until late. Of course, they also use that area to take care of their human needs. Thanks.

4.0De mensen waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. We kwamen aan met 3 mensen, we kregen een bed voor 2 personen. Zeggen ze dat een 16-jarig kind er tussen moest liggen?! Moesten we extra bij betalen voor een kamer met 3 bedden!! Daarnaast moesten we zelf de hele tijd vragen voor handdoeken, wc-papier en het verschonen van de bedden. Dit gebeurde namelijk niet vanzelf. De hotelkamer zelf was van extreem lage kwaliteit. Het bed had gewoon vlekken erin! Bed was ook super hard en kussen was extreem dun. Mijn tapijt thuis ligt nog beter. Laat me de badkamer niet vergeten. Badkamer was een nachtmerrie. Met een blik leek het alsof de badkamer vol met ontlasting zat. Hele vieze kleur. Er kwam nauwelijks tot geen warm water uit de douche, het was gewoon koud. Daarnaast kwam er extreem weinig water uit de douche. Het is makkelijker om te douchen onder de kraan. Kraan had ook geen warm water. Het douchegordijn zag eruit alsof iemand zijn kont ermee had afgeveegd. Snap ik wel als je geen wc-papier krijgt. Er was een leuk Europees stopcontact, bleek het dat ie het niet deed. Daarnaast lagen alle stopcontacten bijna in Abu Dhabi ergens in de hoeken van de kamer. Je had een ventilator in de douchecabine en er zat meer stof in dan in een volle stofzuigerzak. Verder top hotel👍
