家族4人で利用しました。 都心部に住んでるように宿泊出来たので嬉しかったです。switchでゲームを楽しみました。 キッチンが付いてるのはありがたかったです。 炊飯器がなかったのでお鍋で朝ご飯を炊きました。どれも良い思い出です。 ただ、食器などあまり使ってないものは一度洗ってから使う事をおすすめします。ほこりが付着しやすいみたいです。 家族で満喫出来ました。ありがとうございました！

A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city.

Fantastic directions and lovely location

部屋は1ルームマンション貸し切りで自由に使用可能で設備も揃っていて問題なしでした。不満は3点。①鍵の解錠はマニュアルにありますが、鍵のロックの仕方は未記載。マンションのデジタルロックの経験ない人は、解らないと思います。②連絡対応先に連絡しても、最初の１回以降はずっと留守電。急ぎの不明点を確認できませんでした。③マニュアルにある部屋ナンバーが毎回、同じなのかと思ってしまうような基本的番号。以前までの使用者が入室可能なのではないかと思いました。

It's a nice enough property. The property manager was very helpful. Netflix and Switch was a bonus. It's either a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station or a 7 minute walk to the Gochome subway through difficult terrain if you have heavy luggage. Beds need to be pulled out and put away daily but that's all part of the Japan experience. Excellent value for a family of 4. Overall, it was a nice stay.
