9.0ideal location. quiet but close to loads of great restaurants. amazing view. very happily stayed in the room with the rooftop - perfect for sundowners. staff were so helpful and kind. this is a phenomenal hotel

10.0Alles! Wir hatten eine super Aussicht von unserem Hausboot, die war einfach einmalig! Auf dem eigenen Steg, konnte man richtig die Sonne genießen :). Das Frühstück wurde direkt ans Boot gebracht und das Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage im Künstler Viertel war ruhig, man konnte kaum glauben, dass man mitten in Tokio war. Trotzdem gab es viele Restaurants in der Nähe und eine gute Anbindung an die Monorail oder an eine U-Bahn. 10 Sterne sind noch zu wenig. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich 1000 Sterne wert :).

10.0The staff was so helpful, and went above and beyond in every way. Really made us feel special! The rooms were huge and luxurious, the beds were very comfortable. Being on the river was lovely. No movement at night, only in the day when boats go by. I easily get seasick and I had no motion issues at all.
