A memorable traditional stay with kind hosts who resolved the initial issue professionally.
8.0The property has a traditional Japanese atmosphere, is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The elderly couple who own the ryokan were very kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about their guests. Although there was an issue with my room upon arrival, they resolved it by giving me the room I had originally booked. I truly appreciate their hospitality and their sincere efforts to make things right.
− The only issue was at check-in. I was initially given a room that did not match the one I had booked months in advance, which caused unnecessary stress after arriving in Japan. Fortunately, the issue was resolved, but I hope future guests receive the correct room from the beginning.

7.0Lo mejor era su ubicación, cerca del metro que te lleva a los puntos más importantes, sin que tener que hacer trasbordos.
− Solo un baño y una ducha para todas las piezas (son como 10 piezas?). Eso sí nunca esperé más de 10 minutos, pero hay que tenerlo en consideración. Tampoco me gustó que entraran a la pieza, no tenía pestillo… un día llegué y la puerta estaba totalmente abierta.

10.0I really liked the simple, homey, cozy feel of the ryokan. The staff was quite helpful and very endearing. In a way it felt very authentic in that it wasn't trying to present a certain curated atmosphere; it is a large old home that has been made into an inn, as far as I understood. Our room had all the things I needed. Also, the location was excellent, very close to Tabadanobaba station and tons of shops and restaurants.
