The room was relatively clean and furnished with everything that you could need, soaps, creams, brushes, toothbrushes etc

− They don't give you a key. We went away earlier, wasting money, because after the check in we realized that in this hotel they don't give you a key. You're locked inside and need to call the reception to open the door, from both sides. On the door knob, there's a message saying they're gonna fine you if you open the lock yourself. When I initially booked, I didn't understand this was a love hotel. This is because the booking page doesn't say it anywhere and I really hope they add it in the description. The label "Adult Only" doesn't automatically imply that this is a love hotel, I've been to other places with that label and it was regular hotels where kids are not allowed. Anyways, after booking I was checking all the hotel info and also their site, so I realized it was a love hotel and immediately wrote a message to ensure that, as tourists for the first time in Japan, the accomodation was appropriate. I was told that we could still keep our booking and go visit Tokyo as tourists without problems. Now, I am leaving a negative review because at that point I still had time to cancel (1+ months) and re-book another hotel, had they told me they don't give you keys. I feel like they were not transparent with me and so after paying this accomodation, I also had to pay another one with just 1 day notice so it was very expensive. Aside from this, the whole hotel is old looking, it feels like it was built in the 70s and never updated.

− 設備が古い 駐車場の出入り口の間口が狭すぎる 車高も低い車でないと無理 風呂の水圧低い 室内がジメジメ 部屋からの出入りが、都度フロントに解錠施錠を依頼する必要があり不便

− ブッキングコムで予約入れお金も支払っていたけど、宿泊代を請求され、払わなければチェックアウト出来なかった。領収書をもらい、後で確認しようとしたら、ホテル側からニ重取りとメールが来て、請求はキャンセルされたが、本当に気分悪かった！
