10.0Zona ottima, a soli 4 minuti fermata del bus diretto per Barceloneta e metro. Fornitissimo di ristoranti, tabacchi e bar. La casa l ho trovata pulitissima e fornita di ogni confort.

10.0Hervorragende Lage (nahe der U-Bahn Parallel, in der Nähe der Straße Carrer de Blai mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, Laufdistanz zum Montjuic). Sehr gute Ausstattung, insb. Klimaanlage, ausführliche Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschiene, ... Sehr netter Kontakt bei der Schlüsselübergabe.
