Excellent Stay with a Wonderful Host

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The location was excellent and very easy to find, even for first-time visitors. It is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so finding food or daily necessities was never a problem. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. What truly made our experience special was the host, Ben. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, even taking the time to wait for our arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, he personally guided us through the entire property, explaining all the facilities and useful information about the area. His warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Ben was always approachable and helpful, and his attention to detail ensured that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with a great location and an exceptional host. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you, Ben, for making our stay so enjoyable!

− The only minor downside was that our room was located on the first floor, so we could occasionally hear guests coming in and out of the building late at night. However, this was a small issue and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

2泊3日でお世話になりました。 綺麗だし清潔だし、本当に自分の家のように過ごすことが出来ました。 気になる箇所があっても、直ぐに解決して頂けたので安心できました。 また東京に行く時は、お世話になりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました！

Прекрасное расположение апартаментов: до Сибуя одна остановки на метро или 15-20 минут пешей прогулки. До ближайшей станции метро 150 метров. Менеджер нас встретил лично, все показал и рассказал, передал коды от дверей, и ему же мы оплатили городской налог. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания: кухонные принадлежности, душевые наборы, полотенца и так далее. Стиральная машинка находится во внутреннем дворе, и также доступна. Вообще, это по-моему первый случай, когда менеджер меня заранее пригласил в группу what's up, где находились еще человек 9 сотрудников компании, которые судя по всему были призваны решать вопросы с моим проживанием, если бы они возникли. К счастью, таких вопросов было не много.

− В апартаментах немного тесновато для 4 человек, все таки они больше рассчитаны для двоих. Даже стула для обеда там 2, нас было 4 и нам приходилось обедать в 2 смены :) При разложенном диване в гостиной также мало места, кроме того над входной дверью постоянно светит фонарь эвакуационного выхода, который очень мешает спать и, к сожалению, его никак не отключить.
