− everything, felt extremely unsafe in the area and they would not let me cancel or get refund. not helpful at all. had to pay more to book somewhere else as i was at risk

Overall stay was enjoyable but had to search for a sim card so I had adequate phone internet access.

− No working Wi-Fi really caused me to downgrade my review. Otherwise I would have no complaints with the staff, room, or price.
