2.0ソファではなく、１人１人の寝室とベッドがあった点くらいです
− 私が寝た部屋の一階の入って直ぐ左の部屋のエアコンの効き(暖まり具合)が悪く、何回も時間を経たずに自動消火(オフ)になりました 原因がリモコンのおやすみタイマーではないと思われ、フィルター等のメンテナンスを怠っての異常と思われます また、バスローブや浴衣等の寝巻き着がなく、掛け布団のみでベッドの中も寒かったです 更に大変使い勝手が良くなかったです 具体的には、テレビやお風呂、冷蔵庫等のリビング的な部屋が２階にあり、トイレが下の階にあって何回も階段を登り降りしました 今流行りの貸し物件の有効活用や無人対応の素泊まりは理解できますが、一泊だけなので台所機能は求めていません ただ、都心なのに近くに飲食店もコンビニも無かった事、台所があっても惣菜を買えるスーパーマーケットが無い事も事前に伝えて欲しかったです それと、当初の料金にプラスで10%(東京都の宿泊税かな❓)と清掃料金で別途一万円がかかっていて、それであるならば初めからその別途料金と総額料金を明示して頂いた上で、他の宿泊施設やアプリと比較して選びたかったです

A gem of a stay in Takanawa
9.0Good sized for Tokyo standards. Modern and accessible. There's a great daifuku place nearby that had been visited by the Emperor and Empress. Supermarket and large Matsumoto Kiyoshi within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood is great for families, felt like a local.
