− I don;t like that we need to spend a night without heating and hot water and the host barely replied to my message and did not asnwer any of my call.

− Vybavení kuchyně hodně mizerné , toustovač hrozný stav, v ložnici špinavé zdi. Na cely pobyt pro tři osoby v koupelně jedna malá lahvička sprchového gelu a šamponu.

− The bunk beds had short matresses that were for kids and not adults. They were not long enough to fit in bed and feet hung over. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Dirty walls, note attached photos. This was a 10 day stay. No extra garbage bag available. Stove did not have an igniter and I was told to go get a lighter. Mold in bathroom. Very slow response in communication. I’ve made 5 requests for a receipt, invoice and was told they were sending it “today”. Still don’t have it after several requests and a week later.
