Lovely apartment, with great facilities. Great shower/toilet room with an extra toilet room (no door locks, so closed door knock policy). The kitchen had everything you could want/need and we were able to cook for ourselves rather than need to go out every meal. Dishwasher if you need it, however only really enough plates/cutlery for the 5 guests so we just hand washed. Tiny old lift to take you to the 3rd floor, but you can use the stairs. We had no issues with the lift and it felt very quant :) I loved it. The host was very nice and helped when we needed anything or had any questions.

− Slight leak from the washing machine, but no other issues during the stay!

Excelente departamento, en una zona muy tranquila. Las instalaciones del piso están en perfectas condiciones, todo está tal cual en las imágenes publicadas. Esta muy bien equipado y ambientado. Estuvimos super cómodos.

− Estaba todo perfecto, lo único quizás, es que se escucha bastante el ruido del ascensor y los pasillos desde las dos habitaciones más pequeñas que se encuentran en el pasillo del departamento. Pero nada exagerado, en si los vecinos son tranquilos y no hubo movimiento tal que impidiera el descanso.

Die Kommunikation und der Check-In haben gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Es gibt eine U-Bahn Station, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betten waren bequem (wenn auch nur 1,90 lang). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Spülmaschine. Bei Ankunft bekommt man ein kleines Paket mit Schwamm, Spültuch und jeweils einem Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentab und Wäschepod. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Waschmaschine mussten wir allerdings erst reinigen, bevor wir sie benutzt haben. Der Aufzug im Gebäude ist sehr alt, aber ich mochte den Retro-Charme und er hat tadellos funktionert. Allerdings ist er sehr laut, was man wohl in den kleinen Schlafzimmern auch gehört hat.

− Das große Schlafzimmer liegt direkt zur Straße. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist die Lautstärke absolut ok. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, das ist aber ganz typisch für Barcelona. Was uns gefehlt hat waren die Basic-Zutaten in der Küche, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Öl. Das alles für eine Woche Aufenthalt selbst zu kaufen fühlt sich sehr verschwenderisch an. Auch ein paar mehr Spülmaschinentabs wären gut gewesen.
