The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood with public transportation stations conveniently close by. It features a small, terrace and is well-equipped with all the necessary household appliances. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable.

− Our stay at this apartment could have been more pleasant, primarily due to the unprofessional practices of the agency Stay Unique and the poor condition of the property. The agency attempted to extract additional money through unauthorized charges not disclosed during the booking process. This included an inflated city tax, a double cleaning fee, an unannounced security deposit, and a penalty fee for arrival delays over 15 minutes (there was no key box). The apartment was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Aside from the beds, the rest of the furniture was in poor condition. The living room sofa, the dining table, and the living room table were visibly dingy. I advise against booking this property and Stay Unique.

Loved how convenient the location was to most of tourist attractions.

Very easy to communicate with person in charge of the apartment. Conveniently located to all the attractions in Barcelona.

− It was a pleasant stay however the second day of our arrival the elevator stopped working and it was never fixed. The last day was very difficult to bring luggage down due to narrow staircase but it worked out.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do metra. Okolica spokojna - brak nocnych imprez pod oknami. Blisko sklepy- Lidl, Carrefour, warzywniak. Jest klimatyzacja, ale byliśmy w takim okresie że nie trzeba było korzystać. Mieszkanie czyste, a pani która nas przywitała miła i sympatyczna. Z plusów jest ekspres, toster, mikrofala.

− Jeżeli chodzi o minusy, to kuchnia jest w zasadzie bez okien, bo za jednym oknem jest winda a z drugim mur. Stół, zarówno w kuchni jak i w pokoju wygląda jakby już wiele przeżył, do tego w kuchni są ciężkie metalowe krzesła, które trudno się przesuwało i za każdym razem mieliśmy stresa że za bardzo hałasujemy.
