Great location—just a little more and it would be perfect

The location was perfect, and the space was more than enough for our family. We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona and created many special memories during our trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this place to others.

− There were unfortunately several disappointing issues during our stay. • There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the shower room, and it bothered us from the very first day. On the first night, it was unbearable and I could not sleep in the bedroom, so I had to sleep on the sofa. 😢 • The sink in the shower room was broken and the water would not drain properly. Every time we used it, the water overflowed. 😢 • One of the lights in the shower room was broken and kept flickering on and off. • The bedside reading light in the bedroom had faulty wiring and could not be used. 😢 • The balcony window lock was broken and could not be properly closed. It felt very unsafe, and every time we slept or went out, we had to lower the shutters manually, which was very inconvenient. • The safe was broken. (→ This has now been repaired.) • The sofa on the balcony was very dirty, with food crumbs and hair on it. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. • The closet door hinge was broken and sticking out dangerously. I almost injured myself after hitting my head on it. • The old air conditioner in the living room was unreliable and sometimes worked, sometimes did not. • The screws on the small shelf in the shower room were loose, causing it to tilt sideways, and soap and shampoo kept falling off repeatedly. • The shower hook was broken, which was very inconvenient. I sincerely hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Apartamento maravilhoso !! Muito lindo, vista sensacional, cada detalhe. Aconchegante e bem centralizado. Indicarei e voltarei mais vezes com certeza. Luana me deu toda assistência, uma querida. Super indico, não vão se arrepender.

Amazing view, amazing location, great views, amazing rooms , very spacious, very comfortable beds, coffee & few bottle water was provided this was plus and made me happy !! Definitely will be returning to this location again !

− Communication is poor at beginning to get inside place took 1hour at airport using wifi to communicate to get my passcode or entry code to get inside apartment .. got me all worried at beginning ,But everything was great after this once they send me codes .. only one thing I will correct is when u upstairs trying get out apartment u Need key to get out to stairs to main floor .. but when u go up stairs to enter apartment u don't need key to open to go inside apartment which was very odd .. it should be other way around because I almost got locked out upstairs.. thank god for lock box 🗃️ where I left keys inside helped me to exit the unit .. to go in-door to apartment u don't need keys to open (no key required )but to exit u need key to unlock to go down to elevator to main lobby .. little confusing .. and frustrating.. but it minor fix
