10.0The property was very nice and clean, very spacious and the host is very friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Public transport is easily accessible to reach city centre within 30 minutes, we used YEGO to commute to city for free on most of the occasions so travelling was not an issue.

5.0Appartement grand, spacieux, lumineux, calme. Possibilité d'arriver tard, avec un coût supplémentaire toutefois. Proche tramway qui arrive au centre de Barcelone en 20 min.
− Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche parentale, problème avec les plaques électriques, pas d'ustensiles de base (couteaux, carafe d'eau, tire-bouchon, presse-agrume), même si l'hôte a été réactifs sur certains ustensiles.

9.0The property was clean, there were no problems on arrival, all facilities were as described. The location is in a calm area of Barcelona, although a bit far from everything in the city so commuting to every attraction required a lot of metro tickets.
− The owner didn't inform us that the parking around the building is free and tried to offer us a paid parking place in the garrage. Luckily I didn't rent the car from the first day and avoided unnecesary spending. There was no information before the reservation that additional tourism tax will be requried to be paid in cash, which costed us additional €200 on arrival. After the departure, the owner accused us of damaging the blinds material, which was already in poor condition on arrival and the damage wasn't our fault. Overall looks like the owner is looking for every single opportunity to squeeze a bit of extra €s from the guests, which I very much dislike.
