− Avremmo voluto qualche asciugamano in più: eravamo in 5 e non tutti avevano due asciugamani (uno grande e uno piccolo).

− Abbiamo atteso più di 2 ore per entrare nell’appartamento, per problemi con il self check-in È stata trovata una soluzione solo dopo diverse telefonate e molte lamentele da parte nostra (tutto tempo perso e poco problem solving!) L’appartamento era accettabile, nulla di che soprattutto per il prezzo pagato Insopportabile la puzza nelle scale e nella cucina (proveniente sempre dalla parte interna delle scale)
