DON'T STAY HERE BECAUSE THEY OVERCHARGE

− We DID NOT take possession of the keys to the property because there is No MOBILE reception whatsoever in the unit. NO CALLS CAN BE MADE OR RECEIVED inside the unit. This was not stated in the property listing. They did refund part of the cost, but not the first night's accommodation + an UNREASONABLE cleaning fee. And even though we DID NOT stay there AT ALL so NO cleaning was necessary, they charged us A$160.00 cleaning fee and would not refund this unreasonable cleaning charge. I would NOT RECOMMEND booking this property.

4.0Nun, das positive: liegt nahe an Metro und Bus, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung, auch tolle Frühstückscafé's.
− Das negative: leben im Keller fast ohne Licht und direkte "Anbindung" (man hört das jedesmal, wenn die geöffnet wird...) an das Tor zur Tiefgarage.. Das es im Keller ist, sollte man vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnen, auch die Anordnung als Schlauch... mehr als schlafen will man da nicht! Bett bequem, Küche hat ca 1,5 qm, kein Tisch irgendwo.... Dafür VIEL zu teuer

− La cama parece tener 30 años con muelles, las almohadas super incomodas igual que la misma cama, la humedad impresionante, el tendedero que parece un juguete de niños y además el precio muy alto por la mala estancia... Antes de alquilar un piso recordaría a los dueños que probaran a vivir en el mismo para que entiendan como se siente un inquilino y cuáles son las incomodidades
