− Køkkenet var ved at falde fra hinanden. Der var renoveringsarbejde i gang i bygningen, så larm til tider.
Un cauchemar au début. Ma famille a dû passer la première nuit dans un autre hôtel pour une histoire de taxe de logement
5.0− Le mode de check in n’est pas tout à fait conforme aux termes du contrat booking. Le personnel d’assistance travaille comme des robots. Un service client exécrable.
