Locatie is echt perfect. groot appartement en lichte ruimte

− Je kan niet tegelijk warm douchen in de badkamers. Duurt heel lang voordat het water warm is. Ook voordat de hoofdruimte eventueel warm is. Geen Netflix of iets van films kunnen kijken. Als je voor gasten een tv biedt is het prettig als je gewoon even een film kan kijken ipv alleen maar Spaanse tv. Een kleinigheidje om te regelen. Dunne dekens, slechte kussens. Niet goed geslapen. Als je voor deze prijs zo’n appartement huurt verwacht ik wel iets meer van de faciliteiten

Great location — convenient and easy to get around. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

− During our entire stay, there was no hot water or heating in the apartment. The balcony door was broken, allowing cold air to come inside, so the apartment was very cold. Communication with the agent was terrible — they refused to take responsibility for the lack of hot water. Because there was no hot water, we had to spend extra money showering at a nearby gym. When I asked for compensation for the services that were not provided, the agent argued with me and lied about the amount that would be refunded. In the end, they refunded less than promised, and the amount did not even cover the gym expenses. If this had been summer, it might not have been as bad, but in winter staying without heating and hot water is unacceptable. We returned from the trip sick

2명이 사용하기에는 4개의 침대가 있어서 꽤나 큰 면적이었습니다. 거실 층고도 높아 개방감이 좋았지만 2명이라 모든 공간을 사용하지 못해 아쉽긴 하더라구요 친구는 트윈룸2개짜리 공간을 사용하였고 저는 더블룸1개의 침대를 사용했습니다 독립된 공간이지만 층간소음(이사 같음) , 엘리베이터 소리가 너무 커서 귀마개 사용하고 다녔습니다 (물론 이 문제를 호스트에게 전달하였으나 대답이 없었어요. 에어비앤비에서 잘때는 공사소음에 대한 보상을 해줬습니다) 식기류가 잘 갖춰져 있어 음식을 해먹는 가족이라면 넉넉하게 사용가능할거같아요 (전자레인지, 와인잔, 스토브 등 있을거 다 있음) 화장실 2개 있는데 한쪽에서 뜨거운 물 쓰면 한쪽은 차가운 물 나와요 :)

− 체크아웃후에 deposit 꼭 확인하세요!! 300euro가 lock되어서 깜짝놀랐는데 저희보고 사용하지도 않은 커텐고장값을 물어내라고 했어요 그 공간은 처음에 호스트가 소개해주고서 너무 어둡고 좁아서 아예 문도 열지 않은 공간이었고 야외였어요 (외부 베란다에 세탁기 있어서 사용안함), 따로 메일이 와서 물어내라는 식이었고 우린 사용하지도 않았다고 했습니다. 바로 accept해주시긴 했는데 에어비엔비10년인상차,, 1년에 10개국 돌아다니는 저로서는 이런 응대는 처음입니다. 아마 어리숙하게 보이는 동양여자애 둘이라 그런건지 의심되네요 여기 부킹닷컴에서 낸 지불금액 이외에도 호텔에서 도시세 50euro, 밤8시이후 체크아웃 30euro 청구합니다 그리고 짐 보관함이 없어 근처에서 짐 보관하느라 10euro 더 추가로 사용했어요 이럴거면 호텔 가자고 하던 친구 말 들을걸 :) 위치가 상대적으로 시내와 동떨어져있었어요 마지막엔 힘들어서 택시를 타고 이동했습니다 체크아웃후에는 저희의 메세지에 응답하지 않아 careless했네요 메세지 언제든 주라고 해놓고 아무대답이 없습니다. 체크아웃날에만 auto message 왔어요
