− Não conseguimos nos entender com a televisão pois está em russo. Mas, como isso não incomodou tanto- perdemos uns jogos da Copa, mas como o Brasil logo foi desclassificado..😂🫣

Where it is

− There’s no AC in the bedrrom, so the heat was unbearable. The AC in the living room didn’t work very well and the temperature was never under 78. After a couple of days it started leaking a lot, so we had to put a big casserole and the mop bucket under it. The AC is right above the bedrrom door, so we had to jump everytime we had to get to the bedroom. There weren’t any kitchen towels (paper or cloth). In the pictures there are two chairs in the balcony, but in the apartment there was only one.

The owner was responsive. The location was very good, walking distance from some attractions. Easy access to public transport. Restaurants and groceries are at walking distance.

− The cleanliness of the flat left a lot to be desired, especially the bathroom, which looked like it had lost the battle against time. The shower had no glass partition or proper barrier, just a plastic curtain trying its best. As a result, every shower turned the entire bathroom into a miniature indoor swimming pool. Future guests may want to bring not only their luggage but also their basic engineering skills to solve the flooding problem. The bedroom had neither air conditioning nor even a fan. Although there was an AC unit in the living room, it seemed to have signed a non-aggression pact with the bedroom and refused to cool it. If you decide to stay here, it is wise to pack extra toilet paper and kitchen towels, as the provided supply is more of a symbolic gesture than a practical one. Finally, the entrance to the building greeted us with the unmistakable aroma of rotting kitchen waste. It felt less like arriving at a holiday apartment and more like checking into a waste processing facility. Overall, the property has potential, but it currently offers more adventure than comfort.
