10.0Everything was great. The location is excellent and very convenient, right in the city center. The room was very clean. The kettle was broken, but the issue was resolved very quickly, and a new one was delivered. We are very satisfied.
− The curtains in the bedroom were hanging unevenly and fell down. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, so it was very hot and stuffy. Only one trash bag was provided. We are a large family staying for five days, and there was only enough soap, shower gel, and shampoo for one day. They ran out very quickly, and no additional supplies were provided. Other than that, everything was good.

− O quarto em que ficamos era um pouco barulhento porque era de frente para a Gran Via. O apartamento é antigo, mas funcional. Seria interessante disponibilizar mais ventiladores.

8.0Single beds for each guests, 3 bathrooms (even though one was a bit difficult to access) It has an elevator. Kitchen has a Nespresso machine. It was very easy to communicate with the agency, questions were answers promptly, and they were accommodating to our requests. There's a paid covered parking and a Condis close by.
− No AC, luckily it wasn't too warm. Apartment with windows on both sides, you can easily create a breeze. No living room, only a dining room. 2 sets of keys only.. 3 would have been perfect
