10.0Помешкання розташоване в тихому спальному районі, поблизу цілодобовий супермаркет, заклади харчування, овочеві лавки. А найголовніше- метро в пішій досяжності 5-7 хвилин. Дуже затишне, чисте помешкання. Зручна електронна система замикання та відмикання дверей. В помешканні все продумано до дрібниць для комфортного перебування гостей, внутрішній дворик має парковку для машин. В будинку є ліфт. Оскільки наш літак був пізно ввечері, то звернулася до менеджера з питанням , чи є можливість залишити речі в помешканні в камері схову. Нам. Допомогли з цим . І ми мали час на прогулянку іта пікнік в чудовому парку El Retiro. Щира подяка власникам і всьому персоналу Olala Homes.

9.0Į apartamentus įleido anksčiau,papildomai mokėti nereikėjo. Apartamentai švarūs. Miegamojo lova labai patogi,tačiau svetainėje sofa nelabai. Rajonas nėra labai tvarkingas, bet pastatas sutvarkytas. Patekimas į apartentus labai aiškus ir patogus Labai gerai veikia kondicionieriai. Patalynė švari,rankšluosčių pakankamas kiekis.
− Neveikė kavos aparatas,nepatogi sofa svetainėje (miegui). Virtuvės baldai kiek pavargę,bet iš esmės viskas funkcionuoja.
