Bardzo udany, intensywny pobyt w mieście z ciekawą historią

Świetna lokalizacja - w odległości 3 minut stacja metra linii L3 i przystanek autobusowy. Dosłownie "za rogiem" jest dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket. W okolicy znajduje się sporo sklepów (głównie odzież, kosmetyki), piekarni, barów. Około 10 minut spacerem stoi dom projektowany przez Gaudiego (Casa Vicens - polecam wizytę, jest znacznie mniej zatłoczony niż Casa Batllo) Mieszkanie wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co niezbędne do przygotowania posiłków (no, może brak zmywarki był zaskoczeniem). Jest pralka, w kuchni.

− Pewną niedogodnością był klub z darts'ami zlokalizowany na parterze, pod mieszkaniem. Nie było słychać muzyki, tylko gwar rozmów. Dla nas nie było to szczególnie uciążliwe, nie przeszkadzało w czasie snu. Trzeba też uważać na drzwi przesuwne do łazienki - wypadały z prowadnic (może właściciel coś z tym zrobi po moim wpisie)

− We have traveled to Barcelona a number of times, and this apartment was disappointing, as it was dirty and in need of attention. Plastic dining chairs, walls, baseboards have not been scrubbed in a long time…dirt accumulation, black marks Dust motes on living room floor and corners Dish rack is corroded with who-knows-what Shower stall and surround is also corroded, full of mold…bring shower shoes or flip flops Kitchen sink overflow is full of mold or something disgusting Artwork on living room walls is dirty, one is falling apart One of the bedroom sliding doors does not close *During our stay the electronic door entry malfunctioned, and we waited a few minutes shy of 2 hours for resolution. At one point, the toilet kept running, wasting water...again several hours before resolution. The kind lady (Kimberly) came both times, but we felt the owners should have another person available on short notice. We do not fault Kimberly, as she appears to be stretched pretty thin. Apartment is noisy… The owner does warn of the bar under the apartment…closes around 2 am… VERY noisy. Being an older building, there is no sound insulation. We could actually hear the next-door neighbor’s snoring and music. Other neighbors were very loud during the night and into the early hours of the morning. We could hear the sewage system when neighbors flushed the toilet, washed clothes, etc. It’s ironic that there is a notice inside THIS apartment that we could be visited and fined 100 Euros if we didn’t respect the quiet hours. Lokalita hezká, cítili jsme se velmi dobře, pod domem je obchod, kousek na stanici metra.

− večer doléhal hluk z restaurace pod domem, nehrála tam hudba, jen hosté byli trošku hluční.
