Short stay for Primavera festival
8.0The apartment is superbly located at the end of a tram line going in the opposite direction of Barca centre which is great as the line doesn't get busy. There are cafes and large supermarket in short walking distance, plus the beach. The apartment has everything you need and can sleep 4 adults comfortably.
− The apartment would benefit from an additional mirror and preference for recycling bins and a clothes drier as there is a washing machine.

10.0看之前的网络评价感觉民宿所在的社区并不安全，担心很多。但首先住宿所在的社区非常安全和安静，居民也很友善，交通非常方便，电车、地铁和公交车都有，去市中心只需要20分钟。最感谢的是房子本身比照片中呈现的要大很多，而且很舒适，设施配备齐全。房东Sanra亲自来迎接我们，办理入住，交付钥匙，确保各项设施完善，并推荐附近的餐厅、超市等，真的非常满意，是绝对超出预期的一次住宿体验。

Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigaret butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply.
