We have great experience with this apartment. Apartment is complete of all our needs like kitchenware, washing machine, and many more. It is big and with two toilets and shower room that fits for the family. The apartment is clean and very relaxing. The area has groceries, restaurants, and it is also near to beach and transportation. We can easily contact the friendly and accomodating staff that facilitating this apartment. If we have problem, they make solutions, like we have mistakenly unplug the internet, which should not be done. They helped us. Thank you so much for that :).

super lokalizacja - 5 metrów do przystanku, 100 metrów do dużego marketu i siłowni. blisko plaży. jeśli będziemy jeszcze w Hiszpanii - na pewno tylko tam wrócimy. przed zameldowaniem mogliśmy za darmo zostawić w biurze walizki, zawsze byliśmy w kontakcie na whats up

The location and view was amazing. Lot of transport options available. There is no reserved parking area but there is lot of space near the apartment so you can park anywhere. The apartment is amazing and spacious. Our kids had lot of fun playing in the apartment. They gave us one crib as well so that was also useful.

− The sink was not properly cleaned. It had leakage issue while we were staying there. When I tried to contact the property they were blaming us saying we blocked the drain so it is leaking but when asked repeatedly then they sent one plumber who told us it was nothing to do with drainage. Then the digital key was not working for first 3-4 days of our stay which was frustrating as we always had to wait downstairs to see if someone can let us inside. Even after asking multiple times they didn’t give us key. They tried resolving it once but when it was no working in my opinion someone should have come immediately and given us the key but no. No proper management, no immediate response from the management. I never had such an experience where the management blame customer for the issue even before checking. And even after telling them that we would not like someone to come in to repair sink if we are not in the apartment. He should come when we are available. Still they sent the man when we were not at the apartment. It was major violation of privacy.

− Rien de négatif mise à part les clefs virtuelles, si plus de batterie sur son tel dodo dans la voiture !!
