− The smell in the apartments was very bad. There was no AC and not enough napkins. The only good thing was the location. I also sent a message, but no one replied. The AC issue was very serious and made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

Overall the room was nice and the location was great. A faster response time from the property owner would be nice when
7.0The location of the property was great. Easy access to shopping and metro.
− WiFi was not reliable and therefore the electronic key for the building front door and room door was sometimes difficult. It was also inconvenient that the lights and air conditioning would turn off the moment you opened the front door, leaving the bathroom dark. It would be better if there was a timer that allowed for a few minutes before electricity was turned off. The second bedroom was very warm, even with the air conditioning on. A fan would be nice. A faster response from property owner when issues came up would also be better.

− Air conditioning not working at all! A person came and was unable to fix. He stated the problem was on the roof. Not enough toilet paper. No instructions to operate anything(washer/dryer/coffee pot, DOOR KNOB, no laundry supplies. Information to take the building key because the WiFI goes down and you are unable to get inside. Very frustrating.
