− The property was listed as suitable for 6 guests, stating a total of 6 beds. 2 x double bed and 4x single bed. Unfortunately on arrival we noticed only 5 beds in total. I Immediately noticed the host, who assured me all bed were in the property stating there was a single pull out bed in one room. I agreed with them however that still only made a total of 5 bed. I double checked my booking information which was correct a total of 6 beds. I complained again and received a reply from the host telling me that they’ve checked the property information and it states a total of 5 beds. I went back on, the host had changed the details of the property. I couldn’t believe it!!! The only reason we booked this property was because it had 6 bed as we had 6 in out group, which was hard to find in the city. There was also a few cosmetic issues with the property too. Untrustworthy host!!!!!

Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to EUR 50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of EUR 50.
Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of EUR 5 per bag.
