Наличие утюга и гладильной доски.

− Начнем со входа, на этаже перед дверью в номер просто камни как на стройке(фото прикрепил), фото апартаментов конечно сделаны замечательно, профессионально так как в действительности конечно не так, номер очень маленький, наверное для одного человека, кровать если разложить то там уже просто не пройти, очень много недостатков по апартаментам, давно им не занимались, где то облезла краска, куча какая то из проводов везде пучками, какие то старые сушеные цветы то в горшках то в вазах, видимо от прошлых арендаторов, кровать самая не удобная за 9 отелей которые мы снимали в нашей поездке, если переложить матрац на пол то можно спать, очень долго отвечает объект размещения, апартаментами не занимаются там нужен ремонт!

The position: Just close to the metro station and parking for the city bike sharing in front of the main Door. The kitchen Is accessoriesed. The air conditioning even if when we arrived It didn't work but the assistance came to fix It. The zone Is nice: residential and business elegant bildings in typical boulevards with restaurants, coffees, boulangeries, Banks and supermarkets, quite safe and quite Also at night.

− The Building Is disgusting and completely dirty, the stairs have not been cleaned since years I Guess but the stepdoor of the apartment Is the master piece, here Is the picture. The late check in (3 pm) with no admission of laggages temporary to stay. The space in the apartment...the pictures are misleading...the room Is very Little, the bathroom even more (not the shower which Is comfortable except for the open Door). The bed Is a sofa bed with no cover for the mattress under the bed sheets. The room smelled smocky, I suggest to be more severe with rules if smoking Inside Is forbidden. Hope to get the refund of 300eur of caution very soon.
