Comfortable stay at the heart of Paris.
10.0The amenities and Kitchen. Everything my family needs for cooking and laundry. Proximity to everything. Shopping center for retails and food. Restaurants are everywhere. Also the security for the building was at par. The apartment is exactly as advertised.
− Slow internet. The key was missing when we arrived. I called the contact number only to find out the cleaning lady is inside with a headphone she cannot hear us knocking for about 20mins. The room was not ready when we arrived at check in time. Special request that was promised was not delivered.
Fantastic location!! Great management staff!! No views of Paris.... you have to go out for that.
7.0Its central location provided easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. The nearby metro stations enabled convenient transportation throughout the city. The strategic positioning eliminates the need for alternative accommodations – everything a visitor needs is within reach. The management team, led by Anas, demonstrated exceptional customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally. Their friendly approach and quick problem-solving made potentially stressful situations much smoother.
− The unit has some drawbacks. All windows face the interior of the building with no external views. The front door had a faulty lock that needed emergency repair on a Sunday evening. While management responded quickly to fix the security issue, I had to cancel dinner plans.

Perfect Location. Big stylish great place close to everything.
9.0The appartment offers a lot of space with great stylish decor. The location is great, only a short walk to the metro and there is also a supermarket right opposite. Clear check-in instructions with a flexible check-in option as keys were located in a keybox.
− Couldn't find the pillow and duvet-covers for the extra bedding for the sofa bed.
