8.0Emplacement au calme à 5 min du métro Asakusa et de la rue principale. Très pratique pour se déplacer dans Tokyo. Très bon rapport qualite/prix
− C est dommage qu il y ai eu un problème de compréhension du personnel de ménage qui n a pas effectué le ménage de la chambre le jour choisi avant mon départ vu qu on restait plus de 4 jours sur place. Idem pour vider les poubelles.

− 客服處理事情不積極，第一天辦理入住時，手機一直沒辦法成功填資料，打給客服想知道為什麼客服一直給我入住單號，可是我已經有了，我是在填資料這關失敗，沒有人可以幫我解決！連續住四晚要打掃需要提前一天用大廳平板打電話預約，在大廳平板打電話沒有人接（急著出門所以打一通就掃描旁邊的線上客服）結果使用線上客服沒有辦法預約打掃，必須得打電話預約，但手機沒辦法打電話只能上網，所以住了四晚都沒辦法打掃。 最近的地鐵站「本所吾妻橋」電梯剛好在維修，扛了行李下到月台，往成田機場的月台沒有電梯，必須再扛行李上上下下，下次絕對不會再選這間飯店了！

4.0O quarto em si, apesar de muito pequeno, é aconchegante e tem tudo o que você precisa.
− A equipe é extremamente incompetente, no dia que eu cheguei eles haviam me mandado o código errado para a porta de entrada e eu fiquei trancado do lado de fora, minha sorte foi outro hóspede com o código certo aparecer para me deixar entrar. Menos de uma semana depois o código foi mudado novamente, sem nenhum aviso e sem me informarem o novo código, e mais uma vez eu fiquei trancado do lado de fora. Nesta ocasião encontrei outro casal que estava chegando para fazer o check-in e eles também receberam o código incorreto e ficaram trancados do lado de fora.
